Refund Policy
We will refund your payment in full up 4/21/12 @ 12:00AM. You must send an email to Events@SoapLA.com before the 4/21/12 @ 12:00AM. After the refund deadline, you may request a refund if you have someone to fill your spot, or if we can fill your spot with someone from the waiting list (if available). After 5/3/12 @ 12:00AM, there are no more changes or refunds allowed.

If you do not show up to the event, you forfeit t-shirt, giveaway items, and your entitlement to a refund. Additionally, SOAP is not responsible for holding on to your shirt and other items for pick up at a later time. SOAP will donate, givaway, and/or dispose of any extras at SOAP's discretion.

Since we must purchase everything before the event, and since we do not make any profit, we must be strict on our policies. We hope you understand.

Since this is the 8th year organizing this event, we have the experience and know what it takes to make this event run smooth and safe for everyone involved. This includes our members, the event locations, and the community! We'll be providing lots of additional information, such as parking, public transportation, accomodations, and more! We're confident that we our event will run safe and smooth, as we have built a great reputation over the years and intend to keep it that way!

So the current and founding SOAP Executive Board members have been doing this for a while! We would like to get some new blood to slowly join the Executive Board.
